Welcome! I’m so happy you stopped by for a while. 


If you are ready to change something in your life that’s not working and want some support to keep you accountable or you are simply feeling stuck with your eating and lifestyle habits and searching for some fresh inspiration then you and I need to talk! I’m Miriam and I’m a holistic nutritionist and an eating psychology coach.  I created Women’s Nutrition to be a source of inspiration and support for women struggling to find time for themselves in their busy schedules.


 
 

All the time I meet women who are successful in many aspects of their lives but who have pushed their own needs to the bottom of their lengthy to-do lists. I did the same for many years when working crazy hours in the corporate world as an accountant.   Having left that career behind me, I now provide support to high-achieving women like you to find freedom from what may be a lifetime of poor eating and lifestyle habits and to create lasting lifestyle change. If you decide to prioritize your own wellbeing and work with me for a period of time as your coach and ally you will reclaim your joy in life and improve your health and body confidence along the way.

I work with busy women who don’t love their lives or their bodies, who feel stuck or overwhelmed to support them in starting over living their bliss life, reclaiming their vitality, joy and body confidence at every age.

The beliefs that guide my work are

Failure does not exist.  What we may perceive or label as failure is in truth a hard-won lesson. We pay a high emotional price but in return we gain new insights and grow into stronger, more resilient versions of ourselves.

 

Negative core beliefs are the biggest limiting factor in our lives and once identified and removed we can go on to create a boundless life full of joy.
